Hi all! I've been a bit quiet on the app lately. Reason being I have not tracked macros for the last month or so. I have been following a handful of things that I have learned while I was tracking. Eating only when hungry, reading the Nutri panel on foods and not over-eating. If you follow me you may know I do not do any exercise - I sit at a desk doing Tech support all day then go home and sit down again.

My initial weight loss has been good and I feel I can keep going with just Diet controlled weight loss, but I think my body is starting to get used to what I'm eating. Next phase is being planned with going back to the gym. I have obtained my gym key from my friend, hopefully will start getting some workouts in soon.

Weigh-in: 204.4 lb

still to go: 28.0 lb

My Morning weigh in. I was wondering if my scale is busted broken but I weighed 4 times (2 times each on different surfaces) so I guess I'll take it. Keeping under the calorie count seems to be working OK. Eventually when I see less result I will reclaim my gym key from my mate and get back to some exercise 🗝️😬. Have a good day everyone.

Finally picked up a scale and this is my current weight. It is better than I expected. It will probably change since I will be weighing in the mornings from now but good to know my where I am 🙂
