since it was my first time vegan shopping, a few animal byproducts slipped into the shopping cart by accident, but i'm getting better about knowing what foods i can and can't purchase. as far as being healthy, i've been doing exceptionally well. i've also started riding my bicycle. the weight's not coming off as quickly as it started to back at 260, but that's to be expected. i'm getting to the home stretch!
i'm proud to say i've officially lost 100 pounds.

i updated my customized personal diet (which really consisted of not much detail and was private) to veganism. i've been a vegan since march 7th, 2008.
i haven't really lost much weight recently, but i've started exercising, so i've replaced fat with muscle. so, i'm still getting thinner. (as a bit of tmi, i'm currently retaining water, so i won't really get an accurate weight measurement until sometime next week probably).

well...i actually started to eat like a normal person, so i pushed myself back to losing the recommended one pound per week, and so, in the past month and a half, i've only lost 5 pounds...it used to be more like 10-12 at this point, but the important thing is that it's still coming off, and above all not coming back!
