what is your goal weight, 5'3 and 5'4 ladies?
Serena - you don't need to lose weight, you're a mesomorph and anybody would want your awesome body shape (and the hair). It's cool that you want to do something but I love the way you are! You don't need to lose, just maintain in my opinion. You're beautiful.
