I was a huge pig this weekend and the scale was NOT kind on monday. It was gross how much I gained in a short period of time. I fixed myself and did much better yesterday and ok today. I have a date this weekend and I know im going to be bad food wise (ice cream parlor is involved, my main weakness) so ill prepare friday and sunday. Im getting back on track and my shit together. Doesn't help that theres candy everywhere! That evil easter bunny! Lol better luck this week!

Omg, I have to get my shit together. Im gunna weigh myself tomorrow and it won't be pretty. Ugh...im trying again to quit smoking but its effecting my weight and I hate it. Ugh...ill get back on track, I better anyways!

Im trying hard to be good...I think im doing better. Still need to work on my carbs and fitting more protein in my day but other than that im doing good. Even made it to the gym, which killed me cause its my fun time of the month and I feel huge. Why is it that when I look at my legs they look twice the size they are? It's annoying because I know their not but to me they seem that way. I just always have and always will hate my legs :-(
