Hey, not too bad. Keeping a 2,200 calorie intake, walking over 10,000 steps per week average and trying to increase my water consumption.
I was doing Chloe Ting ab challenge but the wifey didn’t like the idea of me working out while watching her. I’ll be on the lookout for some other workout partner. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Morning FS fam, averaged over 12,000 steps for the week and consumed an average of 2,200 calories per day. Doing some light cardio and trying a 2 week ab challenge. But I am resting on Sunday to allow my body to heal.

I’m back..... it definitely took some sacrifice. Averaging 12,000 steps per day and a 2,000 calorie diet. Chloe Ting exercises and more veggies didn’t hurt my progress over the past couple of weeks.

Woah there! Obviously I’m not surprised. The 3rd slice of pizza, the extra piece of cake, birthday month. I’ll need to move more or eat lower calorie healthier meals.
