Well, I have finally defeated some of the stress in my life. But sadly, I had a 3 week period of serious fluid retention. It was horrible!!! My feet and legs were so swollen and painful. But, have lost the 5 lb weight gain it cost me and am now back on track. Hopefully I will get a little further this time. :)

Got to thinking a little earlier tonight. My biggest problem with staying on a diet is my husband. Gets time to prepare a meal and he either has to put his teeth in or refuses and I have to make a new plan - on the spot - for a new meal. That means all the soft foods that leave me hungry like pasta. We are low income so we can't afford all the whole grain pastas, thus my weight loss runs very slow. At least now I have figured it out and can keep some frozen chicken and/or fish on hand for these "quickies" for me. Then add the salads and not worry myself about balancing his diet for him. Kinda takes away from the wife responsibilities, but have to think of me too.
