Im 40 wife, yogini and hiker. I love to excersise but im having a hard time with over-eating. Im in a normal bmi but for my spiritual growth over-eating is hindering me.

Left foot goes numb during elliptical workout
sometimes numb feet can be back issues. I get siatica that makes my feet numb. Doing pilates really helps. also just holding your stomach in may help.

beta blockers?
I hope you feel better soon. Ive only had a few in my life (turned out to be related to chemical in tylenol pm ) but they are miserable

Belly...
probiotics helped me plus cardio and pilates. I pull in my stomach the whole time during commercials. Im small frame but my stomach has never been flatter. I wish I had before picture but could send you an after if you want

beta blockers?
not sure what your on but my husband (bad migraines) is now on Topomax and loves it plus a 20 pound weight loss. It is being used as a weight loss drug of label. His migraines have not been an issue ever since he got put on. Downside_____ go slow raising dose. What are you on ?

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
every day or every other day. but not for a couple days before period. If i do less my weight seems to go up. too much. its important not to be in denial. One time i went 3 months and gained about 10 pounds ugh!!
