I shall have to find something better to eat for breakfast - I love the croissants - but I need better food value.

I am THRILLED - dropped below 64 - I last weighed this in May! and before that October 2023 when I sustained it for about a month - this time I am into a whole lifestyle change - not a diet - so I'll be able to sustain it easily and maybe get down to my ideal weight at last.
going training today at my 'new' gym
and I'm glad the heat is down out of the 30's and the temperatures are a bit more manageable now

YES! didn't even expect this drop - it's good. Gym membership goes in today - looking forward to training again I've missed it.

I've been researching local gym
I stopped with the one I had - it was too expensive, but I really miss it,
I just found one I can afford, going to take a look tomorrow see if I like it.
