I've been pretty good so far about staying under my calorie requirements. That's awesome! Hope I can keep that up. Will be interested to see my weigh-in number on Monday.

I like the diet calculator at this site better than the calculator on FatSecret:

These were my results:
Maintenance: 1989 Calories/day
Fat Loss: 1591 Calories/day
Extreme Fat Loss: 1320 Calories/day
So my goal of 1550 is right on the money, at least to start. I can start reducing it as I go along. Yay!

Feeling good that I've lost 1.4 lbs since last weigh-in, before I started on Fat Secret.
Want to keep track of my protein, fruit and veggies, grain and milk servings too but can't find a way.
