I never thought of myself as an emotional eater before. But ever since I saw the pictures of my ex-husband acting like a father to another woman's kid (when he doesn't bother with the one we have together! The one tht is actually HIS!) I haven't been able to put the junk food down. Which doesn't make sense since he is such a piece of garbage that I don't want him anywhere near either of us. I don't know what is wrong with me! I've got to snap out of this. Just not sure how. =(

The past 4 days have been total garbage! Not only did I hurt my back, and haven't worked out due to that, I've eaten like a pig! Friday's weigh in is going to SUCK!

I think I'm retaining water. Only .5 down! Guess I'll find out next weigh in.

Only 8 pounds lost so far. At this rate there is no way I'll reach my goal by my birthay!
