today same eating plan as day before but so busy at work today was hard to stick to. no time to work out today so extra work to do tomorrow.

Okay so I have joined this site today thou I have decided to do something about my weight for a few months. My husband and I are trying for a baby but the doctor has advised me to lose weight. when he weighed me which was about 4/5 months ago i was 105kg.
last week i joined the gym (1st Nov) and weighed myself in the morning which was 98.6kg. so y just cutting out some and habits i had lost a bit of weight.
i went to the gym 4 times last week and arranged to see the gym doctor on wed 8th Nov. The doctor weighed me and i came in at 97.3kg. GREAT NEWS. bad news was he did the test to see how much fat my body etc. He said my body is 45% fat, does not have enough water. I am only burning abt 1700kcals a day and my ideal weight should be 71kg. I will see him every wed for a weigh in and every month he will do the tests again. He has set me a diet to follow which consists of the below for the week, which he will then add/change things
1 - As soon as I get up in the morning one cup of water with honey.
2 - 20 min after breakfast (normally cereal)
3 - Drink at least 4 cups of green tea in the day (I never drink tea or coffee, but i am now drinking green tea with mint)
4 - between breakfast and lunch 5 almonds.
5 - between breakfast and lunch fresh lemon juice with honey.
6 - lunch salad but no tomatoes or carrots
7 - snack apple
8- yogurt plan low fat with honey.
9 - couple of peices of fruit.
he also advised not to eat anything till 2 hrs after i finish the gym.
he said to start with i should go to the gym 5 times a week then it can decrease if needed slowely once i start losing weight.
so wed i burn't 700calories, yesterday i burn't 880 calories. today was gym day but i could not make it so next day will be on Sunday i will make up todays day by going on monday.
