Update: Got the phone call yesterday from the hospital to come right away. My sister-in-law got hurt at work. She had gotten her right hand squished in a machine at work. She now has lost half of her index finger, the two middle ones are gone and only a stub left of her pinky. It was a long day, but as scary as it is she is coming home today. We are working together for an aftercare plan for them. In the big picture and all 961 different ways that it could have gone with all the dangers that she works with on a daily basis, losing a couple fingers we can live with.
So my diet wasn't hard to follow yesterday, binging wasn't a problem, and the chicken burger and fries I had at 9:30pm were wonderful. I did have a bottle of coke yesterday. I must say that was scary. I have never been addicted to drugs but if a user gets a hit even a fraction of what I did from that pop I can see why there are problems. So I will go for now. I will deal with life as we now know it and keep you posted. Thanks for all of your concern and support.

My walk was wonderful yesterday. The weather was yucky enough to remind us of what is to come. The worse part about that is I do hibernate in the winter. If I don't work or have running around to do I don't usually go out for just something to do.
I am really weighing and measuring what I'm eating and doing little bits of exercizing but I'm having a hard time journaling it. 20 sit ups 40 lunges and maybe 10 push ups don't seem like enough to chart. I'm not consistent enough with them

10:30pm finally home from work. I'm very tired but my paycheck better make up for it. Going to bed goodnight everyone.
