I cannot believe how much weight I am losing so quickly. Is this normal? I am worried that I am losing it too quickly, but I only have been following the diet 100% and doing loads of activities... hmmm.. well I am not complaining, just a little scared! :0)

I have been following the fat smasher's diet for 2 weeks now. Each day is getting easier and easier!! Each night I plan out exactly what I will be eating the next day so in the morning before work I can prepare everything and not have to think about what I will be eating later on, which i find makes sticking to the diet a lot easier!

I actually started the diet on the 29th of June 2009. I weighed in at 157.0 and NOW I have lost 7 pounds in 13 days!!!!! I am so so so so happy with this diet, I have been experimenting with different recipes and will add them soon somewhere on here :0)
