25 April 2018
It’s been an intense week of activity.
Cycled to and from Sheffield totalling more than 110 miles, lots of gardening and lots of shifting stuff out of the attic in preparation for Fay putting here house on the market.
I’ve eaten more frequently and more than usual although I probably haven’t over eaten given the calorific deficit that I have experienced in each day.
I know that I haven’t paid as close attention to my food macros as usual which will probably mean that I’m hanging onto water and I have definitely overtrained.
I shall jump on the scales when I have run the 4 miles up the hill to waddington.
I’m actually expecting to have gained weight in the short term but expect that and more to come off as I recover.
What do you think?

Really pleased to have dropped my first 54.5 pounds.
I’m also pleased to have done this steadily, its always tempting to think that you would like to see the results we aim for quicker but I genuinely feel that I have made a sustainable improvement to my lifestyle.
I see daily excercise as a reward. I use Strava and fat secret to gamify my progress and you guys plus my family are providing a fantastic accountability group to help keep me on the rails. Thanks.
After a lot of thought I have set a new weight loss goal of 13’ (182lb) which is a size I won’t have seen since high school.
That’s still pretty chunky for a fella of just 5’6” tall but we shall see when I get there.

losing 0.9 lb a week

This last 1.5lb has taken 14 days to shift, thanks in part to a 3 day bender last weekend.
I have been running hard and cycling plenty, the achievements and improvements along the way have helped to keep me motivated.
I look very different now to when I started and I feel so much better.
I still feel that I have more I can achieve but I’m. It sure what my new goal should be (200lb is still pretty big for a bloke who is just 5’6” tall)- what you guys suggest?
