OK, I ate really bad in the last few days and really didn't try. I'm going to jump back on the band wagon and try this again. Might even weigh myself tonight.

Did a lot of work this last weekend, but I gained weight... Wait, what? How did I do that? I worked more in 48 hours than I do all week at home. I'm not going to post my weight until next week, maybe its muscle? I hope so. Dang.

Ate a lot better this week, but I'm going to the cabin where everyone takes a turn on cooking, so I'll need to do a 'best guess' on what I'm eating. The good news is that no only do we need to split wood for the entire summer, but we need to move and redig the biffy, so I'm going to be getting a lot of exercise in. Dang, I could eat what I want and still lose weight with this much work, but I'd rather lose a lot!
