Ugh. Bad food day. Had the munchies all day and ate “healthy” snacks that had a lot of carbs. Going to need to just have healthy, low carb, low calorie snacks in my pantry. Luckily I don’t have too many of these days but still.

They say Grape Nuts is supposedly “healthier” …?!?!
I can eat Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal for more nutrition and less fat and carbs!! 🙄

Went over calories tonight but not too bad. Could’ve been worse! Giving myself a free evening to celebrate my husband’s birthday!
I celebrate him everyday and am so thankful and blessed to have him as my soulmate, husband, best friend and travel buddy! 💕

Dang. Went over calorie limit again.
Didn’t even realize until entering everything I’ve eaten and drank. I like this app because it helps me realize that I’ve been eating way more calories and fat. That’s why I haven’t been losing weight! This app makes me want to think twice about what I’m eating and drinking.
