I have been on Dr. Hyman's 10 day detox and lost 5lbs!. It was painless and I feel great! Just buy his bookThe 10 day detox diet and you are on your way! No sugar, dairy, coffee, alcohol,grains, or starchy vegetables...You can have meat, eggs, fish, tofu, and lots of dark leafy greens and veggies. Also the fats allowed are the monosaturated like olive oil, avocado, seeds and nuts...I am never going back to sugar or dairy or white bread.

I have been getting my 10,000 steps in every day with my fitbit and now have joined "everymove" that connects with the fitbit so I can donate to a charity while competing with a couple of friends!

Under some stress with a cat recuperating from an ear operation. My daughter is visiting so I had to burn up extra calories getting the house ready. All is well! But I can't seem to stop eating chocolate and sugar but want to. We will do it together!
