Day 14
Ate too big of a lunch and now I feel sluggish and gross. I don't wanna work out, I don't wanna get up, I am even too lazy to sit. I just wanna lay down a veg. Yuck
UPDATE: Worked out with Wii Fit for 1.5 hours. I feel better.

I feel pathetic because I am honestly very sore from playing Wii Fit. I am so out of shape that a video game builds up lactic acid....*sigh*

Day 12
Just did a brief weigh in preview (not an offical weigh in) and found that I am the same weight that I was on Sunday. This shall not do. As punishment, just went on a nearly hour walk with my dog. My knees hurt.
UPDATE: Tried to go for a second walk with dog, but feet hurt too much. So, instead, I just spent 100 dollars on Wii Fit Plus. Did one hour of aerobics and burned about 525 calories. I am going to try and do this every day

SIX AND A HALF POUNDS IN ONE WEEK!!!!!
Weigh-in:
308.5 lb

6.5 lb

133.5 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Day 8
I feel fat. I am starting to second guess my confidence in my weigh in tomorrow. I really don't want to be dissapointed.
