Woke up feeling pretty good as far as the carb cravings are concerned. Had a lot of trouble getting to sleep last night though and ended up only getting about 5 hours of sleep. Really wish I could go back to sleep for another hour but that's just not possible. Hopefully the school day goes by swiftly.

Well I am pretty sure my glycogen stores are completely depleted now. I cannot seem to feel satiated. Carb cravings are fierce but I am staying strong. Love some Tazo Zen tea with a little Splenda and heavy cream to cure a sweet tooth =) Another day or two and I should be pass this part.. I cannot wait! Carb fiending sucks!

Whew! Looong day at school. I had two clients. One was a little old lady who had gotten her hair in a big knotty matted mess trying to shampoo it by herself. A good hour hunched over the shampoo bowl was not fun but I was glad I could help her out =)
I did my mile of walking today and some! I think I might have eaten lunch too early at 11:40 because I was famished by 5:30 when I could start my 35 minute commute home.
Now I am getting the kids to do their homework and chores then maybe I can relax for a bit! A single mom's work is never done I think.

Ive been home all day today and eating too much probably. That said, it's normal for induction to be hungry all the time, so really I am probably not doing so bad. I go back to school tomorrow. All day at school will mean not as much eating. This can be good and bad. I am going to be really strict about getting my lunches and snacks made for school. If I can do that, I know the weight will just start pouring off. Anyway, the day is not over yet. Going to try to stick to water for the rest of the day for my drinks. I am not going to "try" to curb my eating though, as long as I am eating on plan anyway.

Had nothing at all in the house this morning so McDonald's it was for breakfast on my way to the grocery store. Otherwise I've been doing really good. Gonna try to get up and hit the treadmill tomorrow. I want to get one good workout in before I go back to school Tuesday cause then theres no telling what I get done or dont :(
