Yes, you read that diet calendar correctly. I ate an entire frozen pizza yesterday (I cooked it first!)

Ummm...so yesterday I was really bad.
Lots of pizza, lots of cheese bread, lots of soda.
So I'm surprised I'm only up like half a pound.
This is exactly why I knew I'd be on Phase 1 for more than 2 weeks, because I'm not leaving this phase until I'm actually doing it right and getting results.
But Barack won, so it's okay :D

So my plan is to start the South Beach diet today. I've heard a lot of good things and want to see if it will produce more weight loss than weight watchers has thus far.
Also, I lost .5% body fat last week.
Woohoo; I consider that a win!
