Not one ounce. I’ve been eating better, exercising, and drinking more water. And not one ounce lost. Trying to stay motivated. I can do this.

Hi. I’m new to this app. I’m looking for any tips or ideas towards a successful weight loss. I love to hear people’s stories and hope many will share. A little bit about me... I’m 42 and have three amazing children. My oldest is 18, the second is 14, and the third is 9 months old. I can’t seem to shake the extra pounds. Sadly I weigh more now than when I did pregnant!😳 But, I’m not gonna let it get me down. Looking forward to hearing from everyone!
