Sick for a week. That and a first visit to Exit 38 (where the kids and I did the routes on Squishy Bell) probably helped.

Progress slowed considerably over the last several months and I'd lost less than 5 pounds over most of this year so far. Today I appear to have dropped another 4 pounds in the last 2-3 weeks. I figure I must be nearing some sort of GLP set point. Guess we'll see how it goes.
