1300 calorie diet, daily exercise and no weight loss
If you count calories, try to weigh everything you eat so you'll get more accurate results - it's possible that you're eating more than you think!
Calculate your recommended daily intake on a couple of other sites because FatSecret sometimes overestimates the amount of daily calories you burn.
I've looked at some of your days and maybe you'll lose weight faster if you limit added sugars & alcohol (empty calories).
That's all I can come up with right now

How to NOT eat the kids' mac & cheese
Try to put lots of salt on it when your kids don't want it anymore, so you can't finish it anymore. Or pour a bit of water on it or a used napkin or something. Then you have to throw it away.

Hello! I`m 18 and I`m looking for some motivated people (youth)
Start out with eating the same amount of calories, but only from healthy foods. I heard you can lose some kilos by only doing that. Then gradually lower the amount of calories you eat each day.
Avoid refined carbs in cookies, donuts, brownies, pizza, white bread, candy, sugar, etc. Cause they raise your blood sugar and cause your body to store more fat. Oh and fruit juice, sodas, etc.

black tea bag versus brewed tea?
Haha your post made me laugh. But I wouldn't worry about carbs in tea, I think it's all just 0 carbs

Hey guys and girls
Hi!
Joining a site like FatSecret definitely helps with weight loss. + It's fun to look at your graphs and look at the weight you've lost in the past weeks/months!
I've heard that taking pictures of yourself helps too, because it's easier to see the progress that way than on the scale. Or you can take measurements (I'm not comfortable with taking pictures of my belly, lol).
Just log everything you eat and do and make sure you burn more calories than you consume.
That's all I'm going to say, there are some experts on this site who know a lot more about this than I do, I'm just a newbie, haha.
