I've been waffling between vegan, pegan, HCLF and HFLC, but I made a big change, yesterday. I switched from wine and sake to gin. Can't believe how much better I felt, today.

just realized that since I've been eating high-fat low-carb I am usually able to get through the day without a nap and with my mind fairly Sharp especially if I eat enough protein. if I don't eat protein which can happen if I get busy at work and am running on Bulletproof Coffee then I get woozy in the afternoon. either way is better than how I filled without the fat.

the thrush is improving. The infection in the corners of my mouth has almost cleared up. my voice is almost back to normal. and my energy level is a little better. got to keep trying.
