I am taking today off from organized exercise and focusing.g on housework. But that in itself is exercise so I feel good about it. Going out to eat tonite. Will make wise choices.

I went to the gym this morning & had a great workout! I babysat my granddaughter after & had a bonus power walk pushing her stroller around the pond at the park for 30 or more minutes!!
I am 9 pounds lighter & already have do much more energy!

I walked for 3.5 hours yesterday with my girlfriend! We walked through the city up & down hills, walked to a pond in the woods & walked around that stopped at a restaurant for lunch & I got a garden salad with grilled salmon on it mmmmmmm! (3.5 hour walk does not include restaurant time). Smart choices woohoo!

I have Bible study this morning, & then an outdoor hike in the woods. Then yard work. A full exercise day!
