I've just passethe big 40 & it's "NOW OR NEVER" as they say. Statistics say...if you're old & fat...you aren't gonna be much older.
I aim to go at this slow & steady, because, if I can't live with the changes I'm making long term....this won't work.

Why I love my WiiFit
As a lifetime supporter of the "I don't get why people LOVE exercise" philosophy, I'm shocked & astounded how much I love my WiiFit.

Anyone who's considered buying a Nintendo Wii (no intended plug here) for the family or kids, see if you can get someone to demo this for you & then BUY ONE.

With Yoga, Pilates, balance & Aerobics it's got the variety to keep me coming back. Plus a daily weigh-in.

I CANNOT believe how much fun it is, while still getting my generous backside working.
