Tips for Eating Out??
I do really well when I'm home and in control, but restaraunts make it tough. And we always seem to be eating out on the weekends. Does anyone have tips or suggestions for Phase 1 and 2 eating out survival?

Continuing Phase I for more than 9 days
hey gonabehotnow! I'm in Phase 2, but I do one day per week of Phase 1. Give that a try! The book suggests it, so I'm sure it's safe.

Salad Spritzers
I thought the book saidthat in Phase 1, 3 Tablespoons of any low fat dressing was allowed?? And then down to 2 T in Phase 2??
At any rate, I've been using the spritzers like crazy, and also the Light Done Right stuff. I thought this ws ok.
