I’ve not been consistent with my posts but I have been doing great at working out and eating right. The scale is slow to move, but at least it’s moving in the right direction. So, no complaints here. It’s just taking longer than I would like to tip the scale more. Although Im not quit sure if it’s not muscle Im gaining that slowing that scale number or not. I really don’t have an accurate way of measuring muscle vs fat %. So Im going by how I look and feel each day.

Well…I’m still at it. Day two of training for the running series that’s coming up fast.
Ran in the park this morning, on the bridal trail. It’s nice and humid out since it rained yesterday. 😜 I think I did ok. I’m feeling pretty strong, I just need to work on my endurance. These trail runs are not easy for me. A lot of Steep up and down hills, rocks and roots. So a strong core for stability is another thing I’m focused on improving. Hope everyone is having a great start to their day as well 😊
