Kmrrn bener2 khilaf,, makan melebihi kalori,, ga WO , makan terus spanjang hari , krn memang ada sodara jauh yg dtg,, n pengen kulineran di sini,, hr ini td udah mau nyerah aja,, krn merasa kmren udah sia2,, sblm khilaf, nimbang BB dulu. trnyata khilaf sehari tdk byk mempengaruhi BB,, alhamdulillah jd bikin on the track diet lg,, ga jd down...😂😂

Hr ini gowes santai 1,5 jam , hampir 25km , 400 kal.. lumayan jg buang kalorinya drpd joging
