Several weeks ago my bathroom scale broke. Today, I finally went to Walmart and bought a new one. It is amazing!!!! It stores individual information for up to 8 people. I am programmed into the scale according to my gender, age, height, & my daily active level. As the scale calculates my weight it also sends an electrical currant up through my body (that I can not feel) to find my BMI, body fat%, total body water%, muscle mass%, my previous weight, my current weight, & the weight difference since my last weigh in. Ummmm….. that’s pretty cool 😎. This amazing little scale only cost me $30. Cha-Ching!!!

A person worth looking into {Mark Sisson “The Primal Blueprint” or Mark Sisson’s “Daily Apple”}
10 years ago My husband & I knew we had to make a change in how we ate. Turned out…. What we really needed was to change how we lived, how we perceived food, & how nutrition affects the WHOLE body. We tried “The Raw Diet”, “Paleo Diet”, “Gluten Free Diet” and I don’t highly recommend any of them. None of them worked for us. We finally settled on, what my husband and I call a “Life Change - Common Sense Living & Eating”. It’s not a diet. It’s common sense. It’s simple. It’s doable.
I suggest Mark Sisson because he has common sense, is down to earth, and has a realistic view of life and nutrition.
Give him a chance. Tell me what you think.
