Sometimes I over-calculate my portions, so I can have a little snack later in the day. It tricks my mind by thinking I’ve already fulfilled my calorie count for the day, but then later in the evening I realize, “hey, I over calculated, now I can have a handful of cashews for a snack.” Seems to work for me.

It’s time we reinvent ourselves, rewire our minds and start living our truest & best life as possible!
And for those that are gone and in heaven above, it’s time we live life for those who can’t. Let’s fulfill those people that are dearest in our hearts that died too soon & celebrate their lives by picking a day and honoring them whether going on a hike, going swimming, jet skiing, golfing, etc,…
Go live life for those who can’t!
