Hi, I am 37 and a father of three. my weight has been up and down most of my life. I used to be really active and into lots of sports, but the life of a working busy dad of three has taken its toll. By work, I mean a desk job, no exercise and lots of drive time. So fast food is the big culprit because it is so easy and convenient, and tastes good too!. I started weight watchers a couple of weeks ago, and I think it seems to suit me. Looking up food nutritions, I stumbled upon this site, and I'm glad I did. I like to track my status and have the support of people like me who understand that weight loss is not that easy. Unlike those people I refer to as "gifted". You know, the ones who can eat anything, how much, and at all times of the day and not gain a thing.
