I cheated a little last night, soooo, to rectify the situation I walked four and a half miles today. I'll show the cheeseburger who's boss!

Well, today is Saturday and I am going the easy route. Half a sub sandwich, a Mcdouble cheesebuger, and something light for dinner. It's probably not the best eating plan, but it does stay within my points on the WW plan.
