Will someone tell me what I am doing wrong!!
I have been on my diet since the end of March. I lost 12 lbs the first two weeks and since then NOTHING!!! I have been watching my calories, recording all of my food, drinking water and exercising almost every day.
It's very discouraging when the scale does not move. Any one have some advice for me. I am not going to give up but what the heck is going on???

Hi to all the newcomers, you are gonna love this site. I am pretty new myself only about a month now with 11 lbs gone. Keep track of all your food I found it so much easier to stay on track that way. Good luck to everyone we all know what a battle losing weight can be. Lets all encourage and praise each other as often as possible! Lets do this
