Got about half way thru my run and it starts raining. Could have turned around and came but I chose to complete my run. Even if it was raining. 3.97 miles at a 13.12 pace. Got wet but got it done.... To see results you got to be willing to put in the w

4.88 miles using the run/walk run method. Pace was at 13.43.
Got to keep working on me. No one else is going to do it but me.

Got my Tuesday evening run in. For the first time I used the Jeff Galloway run/walk method. It worked pretty good. I'll be using this more and more for my runs. 3.99 miles at a 13.39 pace. I'll take it.

Saturday morning run complete. 3.34 miles in the books.
