Stayed OP yesterday
Woke up during the night with continued left shoulder pain from Friday. When I finally got out of bed, the pain was about a 5 when moving the shoulder. If I keep it close to my body, pain is about a 3.
Everything else feels pretty good.
Wore my modified shoes all day - feet and ankles feel pretty good!

Anti - inflammatory diet/Primal
Stayed on program for 6 days so far.
Woke up with some hand stiffness. Throughout the day, middle fingers became swollen and painful (2). Also, my left shoulder was causing me great discomfort. Scale of 1 - 10, it was a 3. Went to bed with the above pains. Did not take any pain killers.
Wore my modified shoes all day. (brown ones with 3/4 inch lift). Feet and ankles feel pretty good at the end of the day.
