Had both knees go thanks to sports when younger. Became inactive and put on weight. Suffer from fibromyalgia and am constantly in travelling pain and chronic arthritis all don't help. I'm a cook by trade and love my food. Add all this up and its pretty self explanatory why I'm here. Exercise is limited due to the fibromyalgia and arthritis making me in pain and constantly lethargic. Always feeling tired and run down. Depressing life but trying to make do with what I have to play with.
