I managed to engage in exercise six days this week! I have logged my food without any issues this week. The only hiccup has been my Versa 4 acting up. It seems others are also having issues based on what people are posting in FB communities. Anyway, getting the exercise in this week is a big win so I'll take it.

I went to PF to finish out my last workout for the week. I was going to skip it because I don't like working out in the afternoon, but once you get started, there are no issues. Impressed that I went heavier on some of the machines. I will focus on getting steps this weekend.

Finished the week with a 30 minute weight machines session. 4 days working out this week. Wednesday was my most active day. I might workout Sunday to get a jumpstart on the new workout week. Maybe I will do my AI created gym workout routine again.
