I made a healthier Chicken Pot Pie...double the white meat chicken, variety of veggies, NO potatoes and NO gravy or processed soup base. It was delicious and a fraction of the calories, salt and chemicals of pre-made pies. My husband loved it too!

Stir fry meals have helped me stay on track. Tonight...chicken, brussel sprouts, artichoke hearts and roasted red pepper. Yum! 😋
