So today is day#3 at the gym and it felt so good today I actually didn't want to leave. I was there for 2 hours and feel so motovated and on track hopefully it will continue, I am working out with a friend who has lost 104 lbs so she really helps. I was wondering if the urge to stop stepping on the scale everyday will ever go away..? is it me? or does everyone feel like that? I keep telling myself it's the way my clothes fit that really matter but i'm not sure...it must be a mental thing.

I finally decided to focus on moving forward instead of dwelling on failing. I gained 20 lbs in the last year and it has to come off!! i'm deciding which diet I will follow and am really just going to watch the cookies and baked goods for now. Tomorrow I am going back to the gym and will continue to keep focued on just taking little baby steps.
