I am a mother of 5 wonderful boys. And for the last three years I was a stay at home mom. Just went back to work in September 2011. Gained some weight being at home but I think I gain more in the short time that I have been back to work. Wanting to get rid of the extra weight once and for all.

Lunch meats
I was wondering what kind of lunch meat I can eat. We are taking the boys to a water park on July 4th. I know I can not eat the bread but I am going to need something to eat. I am on phase one. Any ideas?

Need help
I need ideas on what to eat. I have a big family so money is tight. I am the only one doing this diet in my family. I think one of the reasons I did not continue this diet after a week is because I was tired of eggs and eating burgers with out bread. Help please anyone with any recipes or meal ideas for Phase one would be greatly appreciated. Oh and the other reason I got so constipated any ideas?? And can I drink flavored water?
