a few days ago i weighed myself and i weigh the most i've ever weighed in my life.......my entire family suffers from diabetes, heart disease, and tons o/other medical problems...
fortunately, i am only a borderline diabetic right now and don't need medication.....
i decided today i'm going to diet w/my fiance and end this terrible cycle once and for all...i may not be able to save everyone, but hopefully by saving myself, my son will follow my footsteps for a healthy lifestyle! let your thoughts be with me! =)

it's for shizzle this time, my friends...
i swear...i say that everytime...but this time i'm changing my lifestyle by adding exercise...also, i'm not going off my diet just b/c my friends ask me to go somewhere w/them...
today when i stepped on the scale i weighed the most i've ever weighed in my life...but i'm not sad, b/c i know i'll be losing this weight lickety split! =)
i can do it...b/c i want to be skinny..and go swimming w/my son, and be able to keep up w/him...

so0oo0o0ooo.......I've gained back almost all the weight that I lost and I feel like a big fatty! I didn't lose all that much weight to begin with. I reached a point of almost being under 200 and got comfortable...just messed up all my progress eating like the other people around me.....This time my fiance is dieting w/me and we're going to join a gym. I know that this time it's business...I'm unhealthy & unhappy w/the weight that I am, and I refuse to continue living like this. I want to be a healthy person so I can be a good example to my son. *Here's to starting over*
