Today was a good day. After a 2 week hiatus, I climbed back onto the incline trainer and ran for 36 minutes! Hoping after TOM, I see better results. I hate flirting with 200lbs!

The pounds are slow to leave, but I see the inches disappearing which is waaaaaay more important to me. Inches lost means looser fitting clothes. I'm proud of myself today.
