I am 22 (almost 23) y.o. female. I have just gone through some serious life changes that have changed the way I eat and exercise. I just graduated from college about 6 mo. ago. I have been an athlete all my life. I spent my entire college career ROWING. Burning serious calories and working out sometimes up to 40 hours per week!
That has all changed now. I have retired from rowing for a little bit to let my body heal and recuperate from the many years of extreme exercise. I do very little exercise now, as I have just been simply burnt out.
I haven't really gained any weight yet, but I would like to lose some of the fat that has replaced my muscles. I would really like to lose some of the bulk that many years of being a serious athlete put on.
I am working on this diet/life change with my fiance, mcdowelj who has aslo created an account. We will be tracking our progress here! We're really excited to SMASH SOME FAT.
