As simple as cutting calories
I have invested in a second had game console the Wii.. I have gotten the games Wii fit plus and Wii Sports and Wii Sports resort and finding they work on my muscles as I get a little sore when been playing. I wont go to the gym as I have a social anxiety disorder so I have invested in some weights too, to enhance my muscle mass hence increasing my calorific burning rate. I am taking advice about building muscles from a friend who I know very well. I have over 140 lbs to lose and I am happy losing little and often.
in the wii fit plus game.. there are yoga...muscle building, aerobics and much much more.

doing WWs healthy and filling diet.
I have been doing WWs again as previously I lost 50 lbs with them. After a long term illness I have gained that back and more. I have now decided to take control and do something about my weight again. I lost 5 1/2 lbs this week so feeling good. I did it with eating things like brown rice, brown pasta and even had some brown bread. lean meats and eggs. Cut down on fats and sugars. I do hope to be able to use this diet on wards and on a day I know it is gonna be hard to keep to it have a pro points day and eat what I want as long as I count it. With the filling and healthy plan you don't have to count which I like very much. Just serve up and eat but not over eat. I know I am not new but I have rejoined here for some mutual support and hope some of you can buddy me to egg me on with this challenge.

getting annoyed with calorie counting
I go to Weight watchers I am in the uk.. With the filling and healthy diet there is no counting If eat foods off the filling and healthy list .. they do allow you 49 pro points a week for any extras not on the filling and healthy list but they have to last the full week and you don't have to use them. You just You can alternate between pro point meals and filling and healthy daily... its easy and fun.. Why not give it a go.

New Guy joined today and I am over 300lbs with over 140lbs to lose. Needs buddies!!!!
Due to the many health problems I have,I am forced to make changes in my diet and exercise to lessen the problems. I need diet buddies who can support me and so I can support them through good and bad times. I am quite deaf too.
I would love male as well as female buddies from all over the world.
