Tomorrow I go weigh in at the Dr. I'm a little nervous. I don't know why I'm nervous when I've lost 7 lbs!! I'm feeling stressed I guess. My husband agreed that I would go, but now he is angry about the extra expense. He is really giving me a hard time. I have to buy extra food because he refuses to change his eating habits. It has nearly doubled our grocery bill! We grill all of our meat, so that is not a big deal. It is just all the snacks and all the vegetables. The kids are screaming because there are no cookies! My husband MUST have something sweet in the house all the time. Eating healthy really is more expensive, but I have done my best not to spend too much. The food budget comes out of my pay anyway! Just needed to vent. Wish I had more support at home.

WOW! Down 3 lbs. I can't believe it! After I sprained my ankle I have been sitting on the couch all day with my foot up, got a little depressed. I cheated on my diet twice and still managed to loose. Blows me away. Even though I cheated, I have been following the rest of the time. I guess I have manage to boot my metabolism a little. I feel so encouraged today!

This weekend sucked. I finally got my workout DVD and I sprained my ankle. I feel a little discouraged. My house is trashed and nobody wants to help. I think what really pisses me off is that I asked for help and didn't get it, and the fact that nobody respects our house enough to do something!!! I just needed to vent. I skipped dinner last night and I know I should have eaten something. My foot hurt too bad to get up and do it. I hope today is better.
