Well I am going to really do this again I gained on the weight this month so I am going back to recording and working out hard. I started climbing a steep hill in Bellefonte, pa so trying to burn more calories and building muscles in my legs. I do know that I have lost inches of fat and I am building muscles so I gained which I know muscle weighs more than fat but I am just so pissed off with myself since I know that I should be dropping and not gaining but I haven't paid attention to what is going into my mouth. I could just kick myself in the butt.Well I went to Curve's and I did my workout which I did 3 rounds on the machines and did different body basic or Jillian moves to try and get the weight off. Everybody says how good I look and how they can tell that I have lost alot but that damn scale doesn't seem to want to go down.

Well here it is Wednesday and I at least added breakfast on my food logs. I need to go shower and than I am off and running so I can take my mom and sister to their doctor appt. I kept track of food on Sunday and Monday but I need to add them to the log. Yesterday I didn't do so good. I have been to Curve's everyday this week but I might have to miss today cause of the appt but I am going to try really hard to do it. I just know I got to get better with the food logs so that I know what I am eating better and controlling how much I eat.

Well here it is Sunday and so much for rest. Got up and went to do laundry, got home and finished cutting grass. Took the dogs for a ride so we could get water. Came back and used a pair of shears to cut the grass around my cantaloupes and zucchini. So I took out the garbage and now I feel tired. I have been tracking what I have eaten today so later I will enter that into the log. I am going to try and really get back on track and so far I have written down everything.

Well here it is the middle of July and I still haven't gotten back into my grove. I am still going to Curve's and to see the nutritionist. I need to find my motivation on measuring what I eat and recording everything. I just feel frustrated.I hope everybody else is doing great.
