Ive started the paleo burn diet basically a really low carb diet. I do feel better but it really made me realize how many carbs I was eating. yikes to make it under 100g of carbs a day is more difficult than you would think!

My goal as for right now is to eat smaller portions and make better choices. We went to this new restaurant this weekend and I got a small sandwich and a bowl of fruit it still probably was out of site on the caloric scale but I felt better about eating out knowing I know how to make better choices with my food.

Went out to get my wedding dress with my hunny, brother, and sister-in-law. we ate at red lobster and I think I did pretty good I ate way too many cheddar bay biscuits but other than that I did good. I didn't over eat I didn't get the all you can eat shrimp but I should have gotten a smaller plate but still I didn't "eat all I could" even though it wasn't good for my diet im proud of myself for not eating more! GO ME ITS A START!
