Today is Wednesday, January 25th and I am back on track, focued, and committed to my healthy eating/ lifestyle path because it's a lifetime commitment, not a 'quick fix '! I ate a 100 calorie toasted bagelthin, 1 oz. 70 calorie goat cheese with a delicious cup of Godiva carmel flavored coffee with a cinnamon stick and 2 tbsp. Of fat free 1/2&1/2 . I love fatsecret.com. What an awesome site that keeps you in check with every option! I know this is just an added plus for my continuing quest. I would like to add that I went from weighing 190 lbs. to 137 lbs. over 2 1/2 years. Losing weight slowly is the only way to be a success story. At my highest weight of recent was 142 lbs. I have not weighed myself recently, I think I am around 139 lbs. My ultimate goal is to weigh between 135 to 137 lbs. It is realistic for my 5' 4" height, baby boomer age lol!, and my small to medium frame. I am wearing clothing in size 6 and size 8! To me that's awesome!
