Today I did 2 hours yard work and cleaned the house for god knows how long. I am currently on the path of healthy and plan on doing juicing for a fair bit in the next 2 months. I working on getting the calories and vitamins I need in my diet I may just use this as a means to journal and connect with ppl because counting calories annoys me and just causes unwanted stress. Gonna work on no soda this month and no cheese next month! Wish me luck and onward to a curvy thin chica-dee.

ok 3 lbs in 2 days to be fair sunday was a fatty eat day and weighed near after eating. I am working on bring up my eating and expanding my pallet and signed up for recipes and will be working on cooking new items at home and perhaps make my own recipes! I will be doing this and doing this hard! I am off to do my workouts for today right now. Sore from yesterday and working on arms and core. Weds is my rest day and thursday and friday continuation. So off I go to my work outs!

I can't help but be mad at myself allowing me to go off and gain so much back. Yes I know being sad and mad won't give me results and I just need to move on and continue the healthy ways. Sigh I did my work outs today and plan on really being vigilant on the healthy eats. My sadness has left me tired and feeling very bland about the world. I will do my art and listen to peppy music to try and get me out of slump. I keep repeating I LOVE WHO I AM AND WHO I WILL BECOME.This will not happen again and will forever look to change my diet for the best in the future.
